mother's day weekend

we spent the night before mother's day with mommy's family in brooksville. everyone was so excited to get to meet you and hold you for the first time! your great-grandma heisserer had already printed the picture of you that daddy took when you were first born and posted it on the refrigerator and on the family photo collage! mommy took a lot of pictures that she will post soon--including the five-generation picture!

mommy got her gifts for mother's day on sunday before we went to visit daddy's family at aunt cheri's and after daddy made a delicious breakfast of egg and cheese muffin cups and chocolate chip muffins. :)

you got mommy a hot stones massage at The Shores in daytona beach when we go for memorial weekend in a few weeks. it'll be mommy's first hot stones massage in over a year! mommy is SUPER excited!

daddy got mommy two things for mother's day--a certificate to have mommy's pregnancy blog published and a kit to take your handprint and footprint. daddy tried to get your footprint TWICE but the consistency of the clay just wasn't right and it didn't work unfortunately. :( he even made two different batches of clay!
mommy took lots of photos on sunday too! you were such a sleepy boy on mother's day but it didn't stop mommy! :) i think everyone had a great weekend!
